COVID-19 - Update.

With careful review of Government Guidelines, we are pleased to remain available to assist with all in-home visits throughout these unprecedented times. We have put in place safety measures for our appointments to keep you and your loved ones safe, please see below for further information.

  • All our fitters and their support bubbles are free from COVID symptoms for at least 14 days.
  • Our office will be calling ahead of all appointments to make sure your household is free from symptoms and no one is isolating.
  • All our fitters have been supplied with full PPE; Masks, gloves, shoe covers, sanitiser and wipes.
  • We will be undertaking strict social distancing measuring on your home visits, and we politely ask that you adhere to these also.
  • We ask if the fitter can be left alone in the room to install.
  • All customers will be asked to open windows and ventilate the house whilst our team are inside.
  • All samples are available to look at online, ahead of your appointment. We can request these to be sent to your home free of charge.
  • All cardboard and packaging from our blinds will be removed and taken back to our unit for recycling.
  • We will not be able to remove any previous blinds or fittings from your home at this time.
  • We will not be accepting cash payments, please call the office with card details or bank transfer for deposits and balances.

Our offices remain open, however to keep our team safe we will be working from home. We will be at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions, provide quotations and progress orders. Please be patient with us, things are taking a little longer than we would like; will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
